How it works

One address, then it keeps going

  1. Type your clinic's website

That's the only thing it asks for. No passwords, no access to your pages.

  2. It reads your services and writes this week's three posts

Your name, your suburb and the services your own site lists. You can correct anything it gets wrong.

  3. Every Monday three new posts arrive

Ready to copy, with a photo idea for each, in your inbox and in chairpost.shop.

What you get

Posts that sound like your clinic, and stay inside the lines

Three posts every Monday

A tip, one of your services, and the team or a date in the year, like the end of the health fund year. No topic comes back within six weeks.

Written from your own website

It only talks about services your site lists, in your suburb. It never makes up prices, hours, names or awards.

The ad rules built in

Every post goes through a fixed check for the usual problems before you see it. A post that fails is rewritten.

Change a post in a sentence

Say what you'd rather talk about, this month's special day or a new team member, and that post is rewritten and checked again.

What it won't write

A post that's fine for a café can be a problem for a dentist

So these never go in a post:

  • Patient reviews, quotes or star ratings
  • Promises of results, or "safe", "painless" and "pain-free"
  • "Best", "leading", "top" or "cheapest"
  • "Free", a price or an offer without its terms and conditions
  • Patient photos, or before-and-after pictures
  • Facts about your clinic that aren't on your site

Stricter advertising guidelines became enforceable on 2 September 2025 for higher-risk procedures, and clinics were told to audit their social media. Spa+Clinic

You stay responsible

Each post is a draft for a registered dentist to read before posting. It follows the published rules as closely as it can, but it isn't legal advice and it can't promise a post is compliant. For businesses only.

  • Three new posts every Monday, by email and in the app
  • A photo idea and a reason with each post
  • Change any post with a sentence

Questions

What clinics ask

Does this make our posts compliant?

It's written to avoid what the rules ban, and every post goes through a check for the usual problems before you see it. But nobody can promise that, and it's not legal advice. A registered dentist should read each post first.

Where does it get our details from?

From your website. It reads your services and your suburb. If it can't read your site, you type them in. It only says what your site says.

Where does the data come from?

Only from your clinic's own public website, read at your request: the home page and up to five linked pages, once when you sign up and again once a month, respecting your site's robots.txt. The rules come from section 133 of the National Law and the advertising guidelines, as the Australian Dental Association and Dental Protection summarise them, held in the product in its own words. It never touches patient data.

Does it post for us?

No. You copy each post into Facebook or Instagram, which takes a minute. It doesn't need your passwords.

What about photos?

Each post comes with a photo idea you can take at the clinic: the team, the rooms, a tooth model. Never a patient.

Can it use our Google reviews?

No, and it never will. Testimonials can't be used to advertise a health service.

Can we promote a special offer?

Tell it the offer and its terms and conditions, and it will include them. Without terms, it won't mention an offer.

Is it only for dentists?

For now, yes. The rules and the posts are written for dental clinics.

What does it cost?

$59 a month for one clinic. The first 7 days are free with no card, and you can cancel any time.

Who can sign up?

Dental practices, as businesses.
